Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, yet very powerful energy healing technique originating from Japan. Developed just over a hundred years ago by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist, Reiki has now started to become very popular in the West, with both private and public health authorities (including the UK’s NHS) recognising this method.

Reiki therapy is an alternative form of medicine, which offers deep relaxation, inner peace, and a quiet mind. It redirects the flow of energy, bringing balance to the emotional and physical body, and producing inner harmony. Reiki flows through your energy field, breaking up blockages that have built up through the stresses of everyday life.
